Soi Éternel Returns Policy:

At Soi Éternel, each peridot gemstone is a natural, one-of-a-kind creation, chosen for its exceptional quality and character. Returns are carefully managed to protect both the integrity of the gemstone and the premium experience of our clientele.

Returns Eligibility:

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

The gemstone must remain unmounted, unused, and in its original sealed packaging with all documentation intact.

Any removal or tampering with the seal may render the gemstone ineligible for return.

Client Services Approval:

All returns require prior approval from Client Services.

Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.

Client Services will guide you on the secure and insured return process, including recommended couriers.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-sourced or specially requested peridots.

Gemstones that have been mounted, altered, or submitted for third-party certification after delivery.

Any gemstone that has signs of handling or damage beyond initial inspection.

Inspection & Verification:

Upon receipt, each returned gemstone undergoes a comprehensive verification process to confirm identity, condition, and integrity.

Soi Eternel reserves the right to decline a return that does not meet these standards.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued once the gemstone has been received, inspected, and verified.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any duties, taxes, or import charges on international orders are non-refundable.

Responsibility:

The client is responsible for secure, insured return shipping.

Soi Eternel is not liable for gemstones lost, damaged, or altered during return transit.

Please Note:

Natural Peridots may display unique inclusions and tonal variations; these are intrinsic to the gemstone and do not constitute defects.

Returns are intended solely for issues relating to delivery, condition, or authenticity.
